Guidelines For Paper Submissions

Abstracts should conform to the following requirements

.1.     All abstracts should be emailed to [email protected] before 20 August 2026.

2.     Please use the word form attached to submit the abstracts.

3.     The corresponding author will be informed by email if the abstract has been selected for presentation by 10 September 2026.

4.     The presenting author is required to register for the sessions at the time of acceptance of the abstract. While we will try to accommodate oral presentations as much as possible, some may be accepted as poster presentations due to time constraints.

5.     The title of the abstract should be brief but adequately descriptive. The scientific committee reserves the right to modify the title where necessary.

6.     Authors’ surnames should be preceded by the initial(s) or forename(s), but not by prefixes such as Mr, Dr or Professor. The institution(s) where the work was performed should be stated. Underline the name of the speaker.

7.     The text of the abstract should not exceed 300 words. Please ensure that abstracts do not include graphs, tables, or references.It should be structured as follows:IntroductionObjectivesMethods (including statistical methods where relevant)ResultsConclusions

8.     If the work has been previously presented or published, in whole or in part, this should be   stated clearly in the abstract. This does not disqualify a paper but must be stated when submitting the paper.

9.      All interventional studies/clinical trials should have proof of ethical approval from a formal research ethical committee.

10.  The scientific committee reserves the right to make alterations and to edit text to improve   presentation. Accepted abstracts will be published in the book of abstracts.
